Josh Donaldson, 2015 AL MVP

"I played with Archie in 2009, 2010, and played against him in the Dominican Winter Leagues in 2011. He is a good person to talk to about the game of baseball because he is a good motivator and he has a good eye on picking up little things in your game that shows up big on the field."

"Me and Archie played together from 2006-2010. There is not too many people that I know that took the game more serious than he did...He would take a thousands reps of every part of his game if needed to make sure he was prepared for a game. Because of that I knew that he was a person that I could rely on to work with in the offseason"
