Introducing the I.T.A. Batting Cages!
The I.T.A. Batting Cages are proud to use the all-new ATEX M3X training machine, the first all-in-one crossover pitching machine of its kind.
Offensive Training: The M3X is equipped to throw 90mph, giving you the ability to train against Major League-level fastballs and both right and left-handed breaking balls.
Defensive Training: The M3X has the ability to swivel 360 degrees and control elevation, giving you the ability to execute ground balls, line drives, fly balls and pop-ups in a single practice.

Our 3,600 square foot Batting Cages are configurable and available in the following sizes:
If you're interested in renting all of the batting cages or a full-facility rental (batting cages + training area) for your team's practice, please contact I.T.A.
Equipment & Rules:
Available equipment: batting tees, L-screens, balls, bats
Players can bring their own: bats, batting gloves, and a good attitude
Players can wear: workout attire, turf shoes, hats. No cleats are allowed in the gym or in the cages
Bookings are available in 55-minute time slots
Other rules:
Pick up all balls when you're done in the cage
No spitting in the cage
If you're not hitting, keep your bat down
Be open to making adjustments

Waivers Required
Everyone that uses the batting cages is required to sign a waiver, which will be available to sign at the gym prior to using the batting cages.
If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
If your cancellation is within 24 hours of your reservation, you will lose payment for the reservation and we are unable to issue a refund.
Healthy Gym:
Our gym is a shared space. If you are feeling sick or have flu-like symptoms, please stay home to keep yourself and others safe and healthy. If you've already booked a reservation and are within the 24-hour window of your appointment, please contact Archie.
Face coverings are required for all guests.
