Spring Training Program

AG Fitness presented a professional Spring Training style program. The program was offered for two age groups (6-11 and 11+), with space for 30 players in each session.

During our Spring Training, we focused on baseball development, speed-work and fitness fundamentals. We worked in small groups to develop and improve player techniques and ability. Each body conditioning segment was dedicated to the improvement of form, techniques, and the development of power needed to become a stronger player.
