AG Fitness is bringing you a professional Spring Training style program. The program will be offered for two age groups (6-11 and 11+). There is space for 30 players in each session.
During our Spring Training, we will focus on baseball development, speed-work and fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups to develop and improve player techniques and ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of form, techniques, and the development of power needed to become a stronger player.
